More and more often volunteer managers are also program managers, administrative assistants, fundraisers, and executive directors. More and more often, you -- the non-profit staffer -- are managing volunteers in your non-existent extra time. This training is designed to show you how to run an effective volunteer program in what little time you have!

Guardian Workshop
